They have what appears to be a much more detailed list. I just use the listings given in the Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide.Overstreet guide describes a "VG" copy as: "Obviously a read copy with original printing luster almost gone some fading and discoloration, but not soiled some signs of wear such as corner splits and spine rolling paper can be brown but not brittle a few pages can be loose but not missing no chucks missing blunted corners acceptable." Naturally, due to the way these were produced (cardboard covers extending beyond the interior pages), it is normal to see the corners blunted and showing scuffs and wear.A gentleman was kind enough to refer me to the website of the Big Little Book Club. Also, the covers are counted, but I believe that is not always the case - it may depend upon the reference guide one uses, or the age of the book. Most of the early ones, but not all, BLB's have a blank page in the front and back of the book, and these are counted. I am not an expert in these, but from what I understand, page counts can be confusing. I deal mostly in comic books but run into BLB's occasionally. Any help out there?I have included scans of the front and back covers plus the spine and 3 other edges to help you determine the overall condition of this item.
